Our Policy
At Meegan Mountain Studio, each product is custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our print-on-demand items, we can only accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange to send you the correct item and provide instructions for returning the incorrect one.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled as they are custom-made for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selection (please review carefully before ordering)
- Minor variations in color due to screen settings
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
